Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All harnesses are made to order and thus returns are not accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at laura@broncoledshop.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To proceed with an exchange please email laura@yotaleds.com with your order number. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a mailing address to send back your harness. All exchange orders have a $20 exchange and processing fee that will be payable once the exchange request is approved.
Refunds
As our harnesses are made to order, all sales are FINAL and refunds will not be given. If your order is cancelled before the item has shipped, there will be a 10% order processing and handling fee to cover credit card fees and warehouse costs.
